Samsung Remote Management Solution (Samsung RM) is a central remote service solution allowing remote monitoring of Samsung devices. Samsung RM is a separate licensing package and can work next to any SSSP application or other digital signage CMS. With this cloud solution, businesses can take full control over connected devices and manage a full range of Samsung hardware from a remote location.

The Samsung Remote Management Cloud (SaaS) is an easy, reliable and affordable cloud-based signage solution. No need to worry about upfront licence fees, setting up servers or maintaining them. You have experts maintaining your RM service on a powerful and dedicated server level with high level security. 

Samsung Remote Management is compatible with a full range of Samsung devices with a MagicINFO S-player. The combination of Samsung hardware and software allows for in depth hardware control.

Samsung Remote Management works on S4 players and higher.

Contract specifications

  • One year contract
  • Monthly or annual payment
  • After contract period, the contract can be terminated monthly
  • RM pricing is per connected device/player 
  • A one time setup fee of €98.00 is charged for creating your account and connecting displays
